Service Description
Eight week series on Spin Pole. Within 8 weeks you will be learning to invert on Spinning Pole transitioning into varies holds, learning new tricks and combinations plus new armpit holds and 1 arm holds. Class meets once a week for 8 weeks. Class size is limited.
