Let's explore the spinning pole. Yes..the pole actually spins. You will be learning the mechanics of how to control your speed, proper hand placements, pole safety, cool spinning pole tricks to a choreographed routine. Pole Boots are required, no embellishments or bling on them that can scratch the poles.
